(PSI) is proud to announce the promotion of Christie Drexler to Partner.   Christie has been facilitating many of PSI programs for several years and has demonstrated a unique understanding of adult education and the ability to provide “results-oriented” training and consulting. Her additions of a full bank lending curriculum have greatly expanded our value to our banking associations and direct banking clients.  Christie will be directing the following areas for PSI:  Management and Leadership Development, Retail and Commercial Lending Series, Retail Banking programs and Essentials of Banking.

Christie has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry for community, regional and national banks. Her experience includes beginning as a Management Associate, and successfully expanded by navigating both retail, real estate, operations, treasury services, commercial banking careers and serving as Chief Retail Officer, Market and Division President. She is a passionate facilitator and coach with a focus on developing leaders.
